I've had several encounters with the folks at HR's. In every situation, they have gone above and beyond without me asking for anything in advance. I work at a bike shop that does not sell HR but often find myself suggesting them to some of our customers when they are looking for a better value than some of the other racks. I love my Hollywood Rack which I have owned for many years now. I decided to refurbish it by replacing worn parts and a fresh coat of spray paint. Looks brand new.
It’s great to be able to purchase even the smallest part on the rack, so the rack has an extended lifetime. Good got the environment and gapped for my wallet.

When I lost one of my Rim Protectors, I realized how valuable they really are for the safety of transporting your bicycle. They increase the surface area and the effectiveness of securing the wheel to the rack. I bought extras just to be sure I always have them available.

This rack is well built and the design is fantastic. I was missing a small part and contacted the company and within 24 hours had the part. Folds up nicely when not using. Very strudy!
