Nice to have this package protection if you live in a neighborhood that has porch pirates.
The Rack Valet is so well designed, the local dealer uses it so often they offered to order one for me! They had a cheaper rack roller with two wheels, but um. no. I ordered from Hollywood racks and it was delivered to my home, where I easily assembled it, and used it to assemble and move the Destination E rack. Handy to relocate both units into a ministorage unit, and roll out as needed. Kudos for the design, engineering, and elegant simplicity!
Bought the Crosstrack 1-bike rack for a 1.25" receiver on my Honda CRV vehicle, and also purchased the Crosstrack ramp which I'm glad I purchased (makes it much easier to transport a heavy e-bike). Got some help assembling the rack, but it was really easy to put together. The rack is excellent, with minimal wobble even with the 1.25" hitch receiver. Highly recommend it!
Just got this bike rack (1.25" receiver version) to transport my Aventon Pace 4 e-Bike. I also bought the ramp for the rack which makes it much easier to load and unload the bike. Rack was very easy to assemble, and even with the 1.25" receiver was very stable driving my Honda CRV vehicle (minimal wobble). Highly recommend it!
We are really happy with this bike rack. Light and very easy to put on and take off. And a query to the company after we'd used it a while brought a quick, efficient response. Good customer service.
