Made a phone call to the customer service department and they overnighted the part I needed to make sure I was able to get back home. Can’t say enough about the service I received. We had a piece break off of our e-bike car rack. We contacted Hollywood Racks and they immediately sent a link to complete our claim request. As soon as they received our claim they processed it and had a new replacement part on its way. Love this company for its products and customer service. Highly recommend!

An exceptional bike rack!!!

This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!

Just what I needed!

As an older female (71), I needed a rack for my car that was both easy to install/use and load my heavy ebike (Sixthreezero EVRYjourney). The Hollywood Destination E Bike Rack is the perfect solution!!! Not only is it easy to set up and load my bike, it’s very secure. I love the built in locks as well. Customer support is very quick to reply (had issues with FedEx). Thank you!!!!

Great Rack - Lightweight and easy to use

I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.

It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesn’t move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.
