Very solid E-Bike rack. There’s not very many racks you can use on a 5th wheel due to the bouncing a 5th wheel has while in motion. My son followed me and said this rack was solid. Super easy to use and light weight for what it’s capable of. I’m glad I found this one. Would recommend for anyone who has E-Bikes or not. Adjustable to many bike sizes. Great purchase…
By far the easiest and sturdiest rack that I have ever used. It is so easy to get 3 bikes onto my car. I love the light bar that hooks up to my trailer lights. It shows braking as well as directional signals. Awesome. Everyone in my bike club is envious of the new rack. Outstanding quality and value!
This is a solid rack! Sturdy, heavy duty, fits all of our BMX bikes from adult to micro mini and even a strider if we’re not carrying 4 regular bikes. Really happy with our purchase!
Only complaint was the instructions. They could have been a slightly bit better. I felt like I had to second guess myself here and there on part one.
Hollywood racks are great to deal with! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their bike racks are all we’ve ever used. Our first rack served us well until we bought an RV then we updated our rack for it and that rack has been everywhere on the RV, our Santa Fe and Tacoma truck. Everywhere we go just about someone will ask where we got our rack. And I can’t say enough about their customer service they are so helpful.
We recently contacted Hollywood about a problem with the locks on our bike rack. The response was immediate and the help they gave us exceeded our expectations. They were great to work with and I would give them 10 stars if I could!
This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!
As an older female (71), I needed a rack for my car that was both easy to install/use and load my heavy ebike (Sixthreezero EVRYjourney). I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.
It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesn’t move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.
