Shipping was very quick and the rack was well packaged and easy to assemble. This single buckle rack has way lighter and easier to put on my truck than my Thule double rack and most of the time I’m just carrying one bike. The anti wobble system is very easy to use and the bike feels super secure.
This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!

I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.
It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesn’t move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.
