An exceptional bike rack!!!

This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!

Just what I needed!

As an older female (71), I needed a rack for my car that was both easy to install/use and load my heavy ebike (Sixthreezero EVRYjourney). The Hollywood Destination E Bike Rack is the perfect solution!!! Not only is it easy to set up and load my bike, it’s very secure. I love the built in locks as well. Customer support is very quick to reply (had issues with FedEx). Thank you!!!!

Great Rack - Lightweight and easy to use

I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.

Awesome rack

It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesn’t move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.

We could be more pleased with our new Hollywood Rack ( for 2 standard bikes ). The assembly was very straightforward and easy. Using the step by step instructions to lock each bike's tires into the troughs, lock the frame to the center piece and then strap the two bikes to each other w/ the center piece, had our bikes on the rack in minutes, safe and secure. I can highly endorse this product as our initial drive ( 200 miles ) was flawless.

Great Rack but customer service is even BETTER!!

I bought my Destination E rack several years ago. I’ve traveled in excess of 5,000 miles with absolutely no issues. Very sturdy and holds two fat tire E bikes weighing over 150 Lbs total. I’ve had two issues that were my fault (operator errors) and Hollywood Racks customer service (specifically Jeff) has taken care of both in a timely and no BS way. I highly recommend their racks and company without reservation ! Kudo’s to Hollywood Racks and you team!
