Return Policy
To start the return process please fill out this form. Once we receive your return request, a customer service rep will contact you with the next steps.
- Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via Hollywoodracks.com.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not in unopened original packaging.
- For items not purchased from Hollywoodracks.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in unused condition and include all manuals, parts, and tools with the packing slip, and in original packaging.
- You must receive a Return Authorization before returning the product to Hollywood Racks.
- Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the product was damaged during shipment.
- Pro deals are final sales and not eligible for return or refund.
- A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
