Hollywood Racks offers standard ground shipping within the lower 48 United States.  The shipping cost is determined by the final order value. Orders over $399.99 qualify for free ground shipping. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

By default we use UPS and FEDEX ground residential for larger shipments and USPS Priority Flat Rate for smaller packages. All shipments with a value of $399.99 or more will require a singnature for delivery. If you require express shipment, please contact our sales department at 310-516-8600 or info@hollywoodracks.com
If you are unable to sign for a package, you can sign electronically with UPS My Choice or Fedex Delivery Manager online ahead of time.
We will ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.  For Hawaii and Alaska or international shipments please contact our sales department at info@hollywoodracks.com.
Lost packages: If UPS, FEDEX or USPS verifies that your package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace the goods at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation or shipments that are lost without confirmation from the shipping party. 
Damage claims: Your shipping party is responsible for damage during shipping. Please contact the shipper within 48 hours of receiving the product and file a damage claim. 
PO Boxes: We can only ship small packages to a PO Box with USPS. Larger shipments going through UPS cannot go to a PO Box. 
Returns: Within 10 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any of the items under the condition that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. Consumer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. Contact customer support at 800-747-4085.  Products that show clear evidence of use will not be accepted for refund. 
If you have received an item with missing parts or components, please contact our sales department as soon as possible so we can ship you the missing parts at no charge. 
Return Policy for Defective Merchandise:  If any item arrives in less than satisfactory condition as a result of a manufacturer defect or if you receive the wrong product in error, please contact us immediately. A determination will be made to either replace the defective part or replace the entire product and return the defective product to our warehouse using a provided pre paid shipping label.  All return items must securely packaged and shipped with the complete RMA form to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. 
Cancelling your order: If you wish to cancel an order either placed online or over the phone, please call us at 310-516-8600.  For cancelling an order that has already shipped, we will issue you a return label and it is your responsibility to return the item to UPS to process the return. Once the return is in process with UPS, your order will be refunded.
