Great to be able to have a replacable part
Replacement ratchet wheel strap attachment for e-bike rack. Install was easy. We use the rack to travel to and from Gulf Shores AL each year with no issues.
This rack is amazing! I went for our first ride with it yesterday (about 55 miles round trip) and it performed flawlessly with our e-bikes. Very little bike movement, even when hitting a bump. When I test fitted the bikes it took a little while to figure out which one should be in which spot, but when we loaded again for this trip, it only took about 2-3 minutes per bike to load or unload. The ramp is great, easier on my old back! I like the way the ramp easily collapses to put in the car. The tilting feature is so well engineered. I thought it would be hard to tilt both bikes back up but it was super easy. I’m so glad I decided on the Destination E, well worth the money!
