We bought this rack for carrying our e bikes behind out motorhome. Works well and very secure. Gives me a good feeling about strength and security. There are a few things that could possibly make it better? Maybe it wouldn’t be better but if the wheel baskets had a lever locking system instead of the wing nut tensioning system I think it might be more secure. If the center stay had a lever locking system and folded either way it might be easier to fold. But it feels secure and that is what really matters. I would recommend this rack

Called about clamp coming loose even in locked position. Was sent two new clamp assy's super fast and free of charge! Really like the RV Rider rack, so much stronger than the old one this one replaced!
