MAIN BEAM/FRAME FOR RV RIDER RACKS

The main beam part for our bike rack is installed and works identically to the original. It is much beefier so should work well.

Our rack failed during our road trip from Gig Harbor to Anacortes. Rack is installed on the back of the RV. Luckily we did not loose the bikes.
Called HR and they were very accommodating. They send me a new main beam frame and support bracket. Their Product Support is extraordinary.

Needed to replace parts on my bike rack, due to damage from something backing into it. It was easy to pick out what parts I needed on line. One item couldn't find, sent an email, got a response in less then 20 minutes, with the info I needed. I ordered what I needed, got the parts, installed them. The rack looks like brand new. The main beam in my Hollywood e-bike rack for my Fifth Wheel was bent. A new one was sent very quickly and it was super easy to install.

The RV e-bike rack is solid and well made. Knobs are a bit cumbersome making it easy to lose lock washers but over all a great product.
