The unit arrived well packaged. Assembly took some time but had good instructions. Not difficult, I’m just slow! My wife who is almost 70 says it’s easy loading/unloading her fairly heavy bike. She loves it! Only negative was our 2025 Hyundai Tucson wouldn’t let her back up because of rear backup camera sensing object behind vehicle. Found out you can bypass that but you have to due process each time you back up. This is not the racks fault but the vehicle safety system. Just beware.
The cross track 1vrack is well made and easy to install on your vehicle. The no rattle mechanism eliminates movement of the rack while transporting the bikes.
The staff couldn't be more helpful. Got exactly what I was looking for.
