Not only is the rack I bought from them excellent, their customer service is fantastic! Had an issue with one small component of my rack not working correctly and I call them up (they actually take your call) and then sent me the parts I needed immediately! Hollywood Racks makes the best e-bike racks that are out there. The sport rider can handle the load for heavy e-bikes and the design of the locking mechanism on the 2" receiver tube is far superior to other designs from other manufacturers.
