Instructions
Step 1. To replace the levers on your bike rack first remove the lever and bolts on your bike rack with the included L pin.
Step 2. Replace the Lever and bolt you have removed with the new lever and bolts.
Step 3. Secure the new lever and bolt properly with the included L Pin.
