Hitch lock would not unlock to get hitch off so had to destroy the lock. Hollywood racks sent me a new lock with matching set of keys at no charge since less than one year old. Great service.

The gentleman who answered my call and helped me solve. My problem was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, which was what felt my problem.

Purchased RV Rider bike rack to replace another brand which kept bending the hooks to clamp our E bikes down. Rack is built very sturdy and handles our fat tire e bikes that weigh 75 lbs. each very well.

Great now have a hitch lock for each car.

I had an issue with a lock and let the company know. They asked for very reasonable information and within 5 days I had a new lock.

Perfect replacement for lost threaded hitch pin and the lock is a big plus!

I am very happy with my Hollywood Sportrider bike rack. I have the fat bike option. I also have the extension for two more bikes. When I carry four bikes, I use our regular bikes to make sure I do not exceed the weight limit.
The bikes rack is simple to use. It has anti rattle feature. I can tilt the rack to get into the back of our Highlander. It is simple to fasten our bikes down. And it came with a locking cable. I put the folding lock on for extra security. I also bought the hitch extender for my Bronco. I carry the two fat bikes on that with no problems. I have the 30 inch tire on the spare tire rack. Customer service is superb.
