The foam pads are a perfect replacement for the worn hook pads on my bike rack. They are a bit challenging to install dry. I dipped the pads in soapy water and was then able to install them.

I needed replacement frame hooks for my Hollywood Rack. Found out they are no longer available. The customer service representative, quick asked a few questions and found I only need to by the 'foam pad for the frame hooks.
Problem solved.

I’ve used my Hollywood Rack for about three years while full time RVing. Great bike rack and very well made, but the foam covering on the hooks that secures the bikes to the rack is a bit tender for the application. Glad they have replacements, maybe they should give some thought to using a stronger material for the padding.

Delivery was very quick. Product arrived as promised. I would be nice to have some installation instructions to go along with them.

I used a utility knife to remove worn pads and used a soapy water mix to help slide on the new pads.
