Easy to install and really great for two ebikes

Tracked the package through shipping and the box arrived in good shape. It took 2-1/2 hours to unpack everything, familiarize instructions and parts, install, load bike, test drive, unload bike. Well constructed and designed. My hitch is 2” and the adaptor (clamp) is for flanged hitches only. Going on the first big trip this weekend with an e-bike. Keyed and locked Bike and rack security system look good for deterring theft. Doubt the rubber end caps last 2 years, the installation instructions are B+, read a sentence, find the part, re-read, look at the illustrations, and build. it seems easy to loose the rubber wheel rim piece on the wheel retainer straps. I am 62 years old and think this rack could be an heirloom. Worth the purchase.

I did a lot of research on E-Bike racks before my purchase. After I had a hitch put on my 2017 Camry and I made the purchase of the Hollywood rack. I compared my new rack with other peoples and I’m glad I made this decision. The Hollywood bike rack is by far the easiest to load two 70 pound bikes.

High-quality materials and finish as well as very sturdy. Works great.

This rack fits perfectly on my Daughter's Buick Encore !We tried a couple bicycle types but they wouldn'twork even with the additional crossbar for the step thru Electric foldable.It was a birthday present so I did'nt minnd the cost although it is a little pricy.The only drawback is that the car wash where she has a membership will no longer let her wash her car (which she does WEEKLY) with it on...I guess we will have to take it off....

I had the prior standard two bike rack for two years. Apparently Hollywood has been paying close attention to possible upgrades because the Sport Rider for Electric Bikes has all the upgrades of the more expensive racks. This rack folds up close to the vehicle when the bikes are removed. It is sturdy enough to carry the weight of heavy bikes, there is no road jiggle and the new tie down straps that hold the wheels to the platform slip though secure but easy release clamps that replaced the cloth velcro steps on the previous model that were inadequate and pulled free. What makes this rack superior to the more expensive models is this rack can accommodate both bikes with and without fenders where the others do not work with bikes with fenders. Great rack. A home run!

I measured and confirmed everything prior to ordering, but you never know for sure until everything is in front of you. My cargo bike is a fat tire, electric model with the maximum wheelbase indicated in the specs for this rack. It took a few orientation attempts to get that loaded along with a second eBike, but we got it. I like the tilt feature and how lockable all the components are.

This rack performs as promised on my Subaru Impreza. When it's not use and folded up, my rear gate still clears so I don't have to remove it as frequently. After a couple trips, I am confident my bikes will stay secure.

This is the best two e-bike rack made for fat tire e-bikes and any other bicycles or e-bikes 80 lbs or under. Super easy and fast to load and unload two bikes. This rack gets 5 stars ✨ from me.

It took me awhile to put it together, but like anything if I did it again, I could do it in a snap. Great product! Haven't used it with my ebike yet, but this is a solid, well made rack!

Difficult to set up, had to take in to a bike shop. However, easy to use and feels sturdy.

The rack seems solid and installed easily. This is the only heavy duty rack I found that installs on a 1-1/4" receiver. Customer support was great, and answered all my questions prior to my purchase.

I wish it was easier to attach and remove; it requires tools to remove the bolt that attaches it to the receiver. I believe the version for the 2" receiver has an easier method. I also wish the instructions had better guidelines (torque value) on tightening the main pivot bolt; I don't want to over-tighten, but I don't want the rack to be floppy either.

Ordered this rack in for a customer with a Scion X/b with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. The customer had two Aventon Adventure e-bikes and this racked worked perfectly for him! Definitely recommend!

Very well built rack

Rides easily. I have a 1 1/4 inch receiver on my Odyssey. Very little movement or sway especially with the hitch tightener. Easy load and unload. Best to lock the rear wheels and pull the handlebars up and put in the front tire and then lift the rear wheel onto the cradle. Holds my 29-inch hardtail, too! Pretty easy and simple to put together. Took some time to get the cradles in the right position so the wheels wouldn't stick out.

Unfortunately i have the 1 1/4" receiver being replace by a 2" that is needed. But so far the service from Hollywood is super. Once i have the 2" ill be able to let you know in how the carrier is working.

Received yesterday installed in about 20 minutes on Ford escape hybrid. Using to carry radwagon three and red city step through. had to purchase the top tube adapter for the red city, definitely not impressed with that product for $35. I can make a better one that fits tight and won’t scratch the paint out of PVC for less than five dollars. Will be returning that. As for the hitch rack, it is definitely well-made solid steel nice finish. Took it for a test drive down the gravel road with potholes and was not impressed with how much the bikes moved but I also knew that this did not have the hitch tightening system that the 2 inch version has. Obviously, you cannot fit that mechanism in an inch and a quarter steel shank and still have the rated capacity. Guess I was hoping for a little bit more stiffness and lateral bracing for $500. First impression good fit and easy install, Just plain expensive. Also had to wait six months for these to come back in stock but that is Covid’s fault not Hollywood racks

I have been using this rack for over 1 year and have great success, easy to load, low to the ground, and very secure. Highly recommend it, I have 2 driven playa express fat tire beach cruisers that weigh over 70lbs each and the rack handles them easily.

Fast delivery, all parts and instructions were included. It was easy to put together and install on my class II hitch. Had two 70lb ebikes on it and wasn't concerned about weight.

Two ebikes with fat tires fit snuggley...nice working with this company...highly recommend over my old Thule hitch rack
