The rack works great but maybe in the instructions remind customers to tighten all the knobs when your not using the rack but it is still attached to your vehicle

Needed a replacement because I messed up!

I sure am glad I could get the exact replacement for the one I failed to keep away from the exhaust pipe!!! Lesson learned, fasten them even when not in use!! Lol
