lock was easy to use. Understandably it is heavy but that is also a downfall.

Rack was secured nicely in shipping packaging, everything received in good condition. Assembly and Installation instructions included in the package were very detailed and easy to follow. I took my time reading through the instructions and double checking each step to avoid making any mistakes that might lead to a do-over. Some time needs to be allowed for making adjustments since there will be differences in the bike wheelbase length for different makes of bikes, etc. I also used a little extra time adding the small wheel adapters. We will be hauling two Lectric Bike XP4 models.
Overall, I am very happy with the very high quality of materials and the design of the bike rack. The Customer Service was also excellent in answering my questions and cancelling a duplicate order that I accidently placed. Can't wait to haul the bikes to our favorite trails!

Just drove 900 miles over 3 days in a class c RV. The bikes and the rack did not budge. Highly recommend.

I bought the Crosstrack single bike rack to haul my e-bike on my Honda Civic. Crosstrack is one of the few racks I found online that has a 1.25-inch option, which is what I needed for a smaller car. I was a little nervous hauling my bike for the first time yesterday, but the rack held my 50-lb e-bike securely with very little wobble or noise. The rack was easy to assemble, it's easy to get on/off my car, and it's easy to get the bike on/off the rack. I love that it comes with a locking hitch pin and cable lock to keep the bike and the rack secure when traveling. The only negative is that the threaded hole for the hitch pin didn't line up perfectly with the hole in my hitch receiver (it wouldn't go in far enough to match up exactly). My solution was to drill the hole in the hitch receiver a little bit bigger and that did the trick.

Minnesota (where I live) has 70+ rail trails throughout the state, ranging from a few miles to 150+ miles in length. These are paved, mostly flat trails built on former railroad beds, so they are perfect for long e-bike rides. Thanks to my new Crosstrack rack, I'll be able to start exploring more of them!

The bike rack is pretty solid, and it seems to work really well. We use it for both our e-bikes, and it's sturdy and safe. It also looks great when not in use. Easy to assemble and install. Definitely recommend it! Great brand.

very sturdy rack. intuitive assembly. The only thing I would correct is that I got extension bars and those were not accounting for the instructions. The customer service was outstanding.

So, the first time for me to assemble a bike rack. Pretty simple to put together. The You Tube channel was extremely helpful. I am still learning all the little details for what this rack can really do. Great price, very sturdy
