This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!

I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.
It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesn’t move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.

Assembly went well and did not take long. Using the assembly video and the assembly guide made it a breeze. The rack arrived an a very heavy box, so I was concerned that I would have a hart time putting on or removing it from the car. But once it was assembled, it is so well balanced that I can easily mount it by myself (I am 75 years old). Easy to put our ebikes on (especially with the ramp) and the rack folds up fairly close to the car when it is not carrying bikes. The pivot point makes it much easier to tilt the bikes down when access to the trunk is needed. We are loving this rack! Very well made. I’m glad we decided on this one!
When we first rented our Aventon Pace4 E bikes - the owner Chris gave us his rack to use for our trip - I was so impressed with the racks quality - that I bought the same rack when we purchased our E bike
I lost the lock for my hitch pin by carelessly putting it on without making sure it was locked. They had a matching replacement ready with the same key number so it matches the rest of the locks on my rack. Super convenient!
