Love my Hollywood sport rider bicycle rack. Highway capacity, easy used, and great features. Had a small problem where I backed into the side of my garage and bent the frame of the rack. I was able to call Hollywood and they were a very helpful in sending replacement parts. My rack is now good as new. I highly recommend.

Very good customer service. I needed a couple parts and they had them and even called me me back to double check that they were sending me the correct parts. They shipped them promptly and worked great.

Backed into a pile and bent the right metal support singnificantly. Was still able to hold the bikes. But couldn’t access the back tailgate. I called Hollrywwood racks and they were a great help in telling me what I needed and shipped them to me that day and received them. In 4-5 business days. Was able to replace them that afternoon. Excellent customer service…

Exact part I needed to repair my 3 year old bike car rack!

My wife accidentally backed into a pole and bent the lateral support on the right side. The attach point where the support is bolted on bent. I went on the website and ordered a replacement part and I received it about three days later. Having assembled the rack when I got it, it made the installation quick and easy. I really like this bike rack and I think it’s the best of it’s type available especially for the price and the support by the company as far as parts and service are a plus as well. Also, this rack is well designed and manufactured which in my opinion minimized the damage and made the repair simple,quick and easy.
