I could not be happier with the Hollywood bike rack that we purchased for our Lectric bikes. I had an issue with the security cable not working anymore that came with the bike rack and emailed customer service. I had to provide some details along with pictures and received a replacement. Very happy with the outcome and service!

And if you already have a Hollywood Rack or Hollywood locking hitch pin, you can order the Heavy Duty Bike lock with the matching key# to match your other locks! It's so nice to have ONE KEY that fits everything! My husband & I own 2 Hollywood Racks, matching hitch pins(for both), and 2 matching Heavy Duty Cable Locks & they are ALL keyed alike! No fumbling to find what key fits what? Cause 1 key fits them all if you order them with the same #. Not to mention their Heavy Duty cable locks are less expensive than most other locks, and they are better quality than most others. I don't know how they do it? Tim-n-Cheryl H.
