I placed an order for both the knobs and the spacer for my Hollywood Bike rack which need to be replaced after some 20 years. (The original parts really lasted a long time!!).

Wrote to Hollywood Racks inquiring whether the Traveler Knob would work for my older bike rack and received a message within a day. Bought two knobs and they work even better than the originals (both handles had broken). Really impressed with the speed of correspondence and the reception of my new knobs. I needed a pair of knobs for my 15 year old upright rack. Made a call and they helped determine the model name which is the “Traveler”. My old Travel is not like the new one. Then he told me the part number I needed. 3 days later I was up and riding.

This were just what we were looking for to replace the knobs that were breaking on our bike rack. They came quickly and work great.

Product was great thank you. One issue the cost for shipping, I order from a store in California you are the same distance , one gallon of car cleaner, plus 3 other items and the cost for shipping was $2.99 the weight exceeded by far the knob weight and ur cost I think was $7.00 fill like I over payed on shipping. The service was good.

After 8 years the knob cracked where it tightens again the rack. After a reading a number of reviews I decided to try it and it matched perfectly.

Some years back, we purchased a Hollywood bicycle rack from an auto dealer. It's something he had, it looked good at a good price, we purchased the bicycle rack and that was that.
Recently, a screw knob on that rack was broken. I knew nothing about the rack model or anything, just the name 'Hollywood' on the rack.
A quick Internet search and I was at Hollywood's replacement part website.
Hollywood's replacement part website made it easy to find the part I needed. Delivery was just a few days. Happy camper here.

Had a feeling it would work. It says 2.5” but wasn’t sure if that was actual thread length or overal length. Threads actually measured longer than 2.5” so worked out great!!
