My Hollywood Sportsrider was out of warranty when the lock holding the hitch pin broke. I contacted Hollywood Racks to buy a replacement. Much to my surprise the shipped a new part to me at no charge.

Ordered this a while back. Had a very small issue with a pin in the rack and their team was incredible to work with. Quick response & quick delivery! The quality of the rack is incredible holding our two very heavy bikes with ease. Highly Recommend.

I bought mine as a replacement as I forgot to lock the original. I love the idea that it is locked on.

Want to give a two thumbs up to Hollywood Racks for their great customer service. Had an issue with a faulty hitch pin lock. Called them and they sent out a replacement right away. Just like the bike rack is outstanding; so the customer service follows in the same vein.

This is a great locking hutch pin. Easy to use and the key is the same as the key for the cable lock and the hold downs for mounting the bike on the bike rack.

It is great to be able to order add-on products with a matching key.
