Forgot to lock out long lockdown arm while rack was empty and folded for travel. Must have vibrated off while driving. Anyway was able to order replacement easily on web site and it shipped quickly. Also able to order with matching key so don’t have to keep 2 keys to lock every thing down.

We originally purchased our Hollywood rack with our first e-bike in November 2019. We began to experience issues with the locks on the hooks failing. We thought we would have to replace, but found they were under an amazing warranty. Hollywood Racks has a very easy process to upload the information on their website and we received the new hooks with the same key locks with in a few days. We have been so pleased with this bicycle rack. We have replaced our 2nd bicycle with an e-bike and this rack easily handles our bicycles. Unfortunately I backed over the original ones left on the ground. Replacement one performed perfect & best part the same keys fit when you order the same part number as originals.

We have been looking for a rack that would support our Aventon Aventure bikes this is the first rack that i feel comfortable with, while driving. Very sturdy and easy to use. Only complaint would be that i would like hooks to keep the straps out of the way when they are unstrapped.
