I need parts for a Hollywood rack. I received a parts list and after ordering what I needed shipping was extremely fast and accurate. Great company to do business with.

We accidentally bent our 'no wobble' rod on our rack. We ordered a new one and received it 2 days later. The part fit perfectly and we are using the rack regularly. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I usually dread dealing with companies when it comes to warranty issues. My experience with Hollywood Racks makes me wish all combines stood by their warranty like this company. I texted HR to ask if the replacement bolt on the website for the 1450-E would work on my 1450-SE. Rick Burneson answered that it should, but I should measure first. I bought it and it fits (and works) perfectly. Thanks, Rick!

After our no wobble bolt failed, we contacted Hollywood Rack. They had a replacement bolt in the mail to us 30 minutes later and for free under their lifetime warranty. It arrived and was easy to install. Now we’red back on the road. Thank you Hollywood Rack team for being so awesome!

Hi I lost everything in the recent fires and needed a bike rack to keep my sanity by biking as I love to do. I bought a used Hollywood Rack which neede a wobble bolt. I called Hollywood Bike Racks and they were so kind and willing to help get me the part ASAP which they literally did within 24 hours.
The replacement part fit perfectly and got my rack up and running and I appreciate their help with the shipping and all of that. These are good people in my opinion.

Needed to replace because it got bent. Took about 5 mins to replace.

Rebuilding damaged Sport Rider easy with OEM parts from HollywoodRacks. Well worth it!

The new bolt system I got was easy to install and works as good as the old one. I think a tightening wheel instead of a lever would work better for it so this problem wouldn't occur again. If the lever is left at the down position it easy to bottom it out on the road surface and this bends the bolt making the whole system useless. Just my thoughts !

Called Customer Service and my issue was handled right away.

The replacement bolt system works and is amazing. My son pulled into a steep driveway and bent the bolt which I thought was the end to my awesome Hollywood rack... but no... I contacted Hollywood and the next day they gave me a link to a new bolt, it arrived quickly and installation was easy. We live in a world where it's not common for a company to make replacement parts instead they want you to buy a new product. I'm happily impressed and will continue to recommend Hollywood racks to all my friends. Thank you for being a stand-up & standout company!

The replacement part works fine. Even more impressive is a company who is still around and selling spare parts for a bike rack I bought some 12 years ago. Companies like that are rare, and do more for ecology than just about anything else in keeping repairable stuff out of the landfill. I was also impressed to see a slight improvement in design in an area that had been a minor problem before. Keep up the good work!

The replacement bolt system arrived on time (less than 5 days to Florida) and could not have been easier to install. The wobble, caused when the bolt was bent backing up over a bump, is gone! The only downside is that the shipping charge is 50% ($10) of the cost of the product ($20).

Fast delivery. Perfect fit. Easy to replace. Fair price. I bent the original backing out of a sloped driveway to where it was difficult to tighten so now have a fully functional system again!!

Easy assembly & installation thanks to video and manual. Rack is beefy and sturdy. Absolutely no wobble. Bikes are an easy on & off. If that is not enough customer service is off the charts (good)...

The assembly is clear and direct. I am not a mechanic and all went well becauae I read the instructions before assembly. Solid and secure thus far.

The NO WOBBLE bolt system is excellent. It takes any wobble out of the hitch when secured.
