Yes, the distance from the face of the hitch to the center of the 

   innermost bike is 10”. If there is not enough clearance between the bike rack and your vehicle, you may use a hitch extender as long as it is under 8”. The one listed on our website at Hollywoodracks.com is the Hitch Extender-7".

Yes, this bike rack comes with locking hooks as well as a locking cable and a locking hitch pin, all with the same key number.

No, the RV Rider is the only rack that can be used on a front hitch.

It can carry up to 2 bicycles.  There is an expansion kit that allows the rack to carry up to 4 bikes.

No, there is no ramp option for the Sport Rider.  If a ramp is a key feature you are looking for, try the Destination E or CrossTrack racks (if your bike is within the weight limits of those racks).

Yes, you can expand this rack to carry 4 bikes with the HR1475Z.  Please note, the weight limit per bike drops to 50lbs while carrying 3 or more bikes..

No, this rack is not approved for use on an RV or trailer.  It can be used on a Class B RV - think a Sprinter Van or Vanlife application.  For RV’s, 5th’s and flat haul use, look at our RV Rider (HR1700).

If it’s a low step thru frame, the hook may still be able to hook onto the frame.  If the hook cannot get a good purchase on the frame, you can use a Bike Adapter (BA-PRO) <link> as a temporary toptube for the hook to push down on.

That’s supposed to be there - it’s the help with ground clearance for the back of the rack as one drives in and out of driveways and the like.  The rack isn’t bent - it’s designed that way.
