Quality equipment

I purchased an additional short hook to better accommodate a second bike. This entire bike rack is so well designed and built I did expect the extra hook to be as well made. It was. I was also afforded the opportunity to pick from the lock options to make sure the keys I have for the other rack components match this hook. It is really perfect for what I needed. Shipping was quick and the cost was reasonable. Very satisfied with my Hollywood rack.

Great Company and Customer Service

Had a Trial Rider rack that one of the release mechanism would stick when pressed. I called Hollywood Racks, talked to two different customer service representatives, and they took care of it. The replacement hook was here in two days. I will be a customer for as long as I am riding and would recommend and do to my cycling friends. Thank you
