Have only had one opportunity to use the bike rack because of the weather here in New England. It was easy to get on and off the hitch on my pick up truck and the bikes were very stable for the ride. The ramp to put the bikes on and off is a huge plus. I have ordered the extension straps for my fat tire bikes, but have not had a chance to put them on yet.
