Recently I experienced a cable lock malfunction. After contact customer service, they immediately understood my issue/concern and processed a replacement. Hollywood Racks sells a great RV electric bike rack, the product is only as good as the Customer Service. Hollywood Racks handled my situation with professionalism and above reproach! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK‼️

Part was exactly the same as the original and keys work with the original bike rack.

Keys and cable lock

The keys and cable lock are great and the order was quick. The cable is long and the keys were easy to order with the added bonus that I could keep the keys consistent so all locks use the same key.
