Say hello to Matthew and Josh Houser, the father-son duo behind Montana E-Bikes & More in Whitefish, MT. Opening in early 2023, they have done a great job establishing themselves as a go to eBike store for the region. They are doing a great job with Hollywood Racks and their favorite rack, the Destination E.
Selling Hollywood Racks almost since day one, the store has a great success rate of selling racks with new bike sales. "It's a major part of our overall business. When we sell an e-bike we always pitch a rack too", says Josh.
When asked what helps them sell the racks; Josh points out that the instore display stands help show customers how the racks look and operate. The shop builds the racks for customers and even installs the rack on their cars, helping educate the consumer on the racks functions & making sure the racks are installed correctly.
