Ford's Bike Rack Patent

Did you know, Ford the maker of the Mustang, has placed a recent patent filing that shows a built-in retractable hitch style rack system. Ford's patent will be similar to that of a hitch mounted rack which is a retractable bike rack built-in to the rear of the car. The retractable bike rack is fully integrated into the vehicle and the patent image features a Mustang, which is awesome, because traditional bike racks do not always play well with sports cars. however, it seems like a simple solution for the car manufacturer that should appeal to cyclists for sure, lets see.
