I have a Hollywood ebike rack for our two eBikes that has allowed us to tote our bikes from east to west coasts, and the northern border of the US to the Gulf Coast. Recently, the clamps that hold the frame of the bikes were intermittently loosening during travel, which I noticed during my routine of checking the bike rack at stops during travel. When I asked for advice from Hollywood racks, they gave me some really good advice to help remedy the issue, and sent me a new set of clamps (which I did not ask for!). Prompt, courteous and helpful.
