I recently just purchased Hollywood’s most expensive rack. The destination, E upon delivery, I noticed a hole in the box and some damage that clearly happened during shipment. I contacted Hollywood racks. They were very helpful and even went so far as sending me the parts I needed that were damaged. I have owned several Hollywood racks and I keep coming back mainly because of the customer service and the durability of their products. The people at Hollywood racks have never lost focus on what truly is important which is customer service first.

The strap extensions were easy to add and make securing our fat tire bike much easier. Getting the straps on was the most difficult part of securing the bike as it had to be in the exact spot to fit them all on, now we have more leeway to get them on.

I have a 70lb Veloctric e-bike and have been looking and looking for a rack to carry mine plus one other bike. I knew I had to have a ramp because of my bike’s weight. I was blown away at the price of most racks in this category. Someone in my FB chat room recommended your Destination rack. The price point was great so I gave it a go. Just returned from my first trip, 240 mi each way. The rack was super easy to assemble and use and performed perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

Didn’t have a choice had to have them for our Heybike Explore using the Destination E rack. Easy to install and work as they should.

The extension kit allowed me to get all three straps around my fat tire e-bikes without having to modify the mounting holes on the rack. So glad these were available and for a reasonable price. It took like five minutes to install them. Highly recommended!

We love it! We did have to buy two statap extenders for the back tire. East to load and offload with ramp! Perfect!

Perfect for my two fat tire ebikes.

Have only had one opportunity to use the bike rack because of the weather here in New England. It was easy to get on and off the hitch on my pick up truck and the bikes were very stable for the ride. The ramp to put the bikes on and off is a huge plus. I have ordered the extension straps for my fat tire bikes, but have not had a chance to put them on yet.
