Works great.

After doing some serious research a couple years ago. Found that these Hollywood racks were the best on the back of my car, which I told behind my class A. They are sturdy rugged, and I’m very confident of their tiedown while traveling down the road. After two years, I really recently lost the lock on the cable and Hollywood racks were more than happy to replace it at no cost. I would recommend these racks over and over depending on your towing situation. Thank you Hollywood racks.

Hollywood Racks came through with "flying colors" when my original cable was destroyed. Was able to get another with same key as the rest of my bike rack system.

I love that the length on this cable. We have two bikes and there is more than enough cable.

I love the cable locks. Unfortunately one didn't lock and the other stuck and they were replaced by just sending a picture. Hopefully these will not have the same issue. Customer Service is the best.

Could not be happier with my experience. Things break and that stuff happens, but how a company deals with an ssue is what matters. Took care of the problem promptly and courteously. Many companies these days could take a lesson from Hollywood Racks. A+ 5* for them. Highly recommend.

Fantastic follow up when my cable lock would not function any longer. They were extremely kind and efficient in sending me a new cable lock. I was experiencing issues with unlocking the cable lock and Hollywood Racks quickly shipped a replacement to rectify the issue!

Recently I experienced a cable lock malfunction. After contact customer service, they immediately understood my issue/concern and processed a replacement. Hollywood Racks sells a great RV electric bike rack, the product is only as good as the Customer Service. Hollywood Racks handled my situation with professionalism and above reproach! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK‼️

Part was exactly the same as the original and keys work with the original bike rack.

The keys and cable lock are great and the order was quick. The cable is long and the keys were easy to order with the added bonus that I could keep the keys consistent so all locks use the same key.

I could not be happier with the Hollywood bike rack that we purchased for our Lectric bikes. I had an issue with the security cable not working anymore that came with the bike rack and emailed customer service. I had to provide some details along with pictures and received a replacement. Very happy with the outcome and service!

No fumbling to find what key fits what? Cause 1 key fits them all if you order them with the same #. Nice cable with lock. If you own one, you can get another one with the same key--so you don't have to have multiple keys. Roll up nicely, we use them for our bikes when you need to hook more than one bike it is great, long enough to hook multiple bikes, and also when camping to lock up generators/coolers etc. at campsites.

Live it and it fit around both bikes with room to spare. Locks securely.

Left cable lock at camp ground and was able to purchase a new one using the same key from the previous cable lock. It's great having the same key to operate all the locks on the bike rack, trailer hitch and the cable lock.

This was a replacement cable lock. The original one that came with the bike rack did not work but the company replaced it immediately. Great customer service!
