While putting our rack together, we had an issue and contacted cs. Amazingly, they contacted us same day and sent part out promptly. While we could still use rack without part, knowing they were sending one out and were there to assist, eased the mind. Love our rack, and the company even more now!

For anyone out there searching for a quality Bike and E-Bike's hauling RACKS, the only way I will ever haul my bike's will be on HOLLYWOOD RACK ! I've researched quite a bit and found no other Company out there that has heavy duty quality and craftsmanship like Hollywood. I buy the hitch mounted rack's and I'm very happy with them and I will most likely be purchasing another one soon because I have two sets of E-bike's and need one rack at each of my home's. The only concern I have is I would like to see Hollywood step up the manufacturing of their rack's because they are so much in demand, yet hard to find. THANK YOU HOLLYWOOD, MIKE RITCHIE

First I love my Hollywood Bike rack I even bought one last year year for my 84 year old dad who also loves it. This last purchase was not exciting, but needed due to operator error over the years I have lost some nobs you use to secure the tire holders. I decided it was time to replace my temp fix with real replacement parts. After an online search giving me everything other than what I wanted, I decided to go directly to Hollywood. They offered me a chat I took it and within seconds I got a picture of what they thought I needed and several days later I had my replacement parts. I completely understand with labor and supply chain shortages that everyone is struggling, which is why it was so refreshing to have fast effective and accurate customer service.
