Asked to 208 to match my key for lost hitch pin cap lock. Got it the next day with additional keys. They best way to judge a vendor is if the even stock replacement parts, let alone deliver them in a timely manner. Not only did Hollywood do both, the price was extremely reasonable. Some vendors charge an arm and a leg for parts. Hollywood deserves the business of anyone looking for a great bike rack.

Your company is great I had two hooks that wend bad and you sent me new one within a 2 day period. Then I thought I locked my rack but did not and you sent me a replacement lock again quickly. I let anyone know if they are looking for a bike rack. Look and Hollywood Racks.

I left my lock on bumper and drove off and lost it. The replacement lock, with the same code was an exact fit with my existing key. With that I don’t have to carry a different key, the key for the tie downs and hitch lock remain the same. Perfect!

The way it's listed makes you think other wise, but it comes with keys! Shipping was super fast and price wasn't crazy like other rack companies. I appreciate that! Will definitely bug another Hollywood rack when the time comes.

I lost my lock to the bike rack pin while on vacation. When I went to order a new one, they were out of stock. I checked the box to be notified when they were back in stock, and was promptly notified a week or so later. The new on arrived in short time, and worked perfectly with my existing keys.

I tried to order just the receiver hitch lock but it wouldn't work for my old hand me down bike rack. This set fit fine.

I sent in what they needed to process my problem. They sent me a new one to replace the defective part. Very efficient. Very quick service. Their product is the best. Their customer service is the best!!!!
