So what was really terrific was the customer service I got to identify this part. I had written an email, and before I know it, I got a response along with a list of parts for my hollywood bike rack, which was kinda old. This allowed me to order the correct part. And to have it sent out pretty quickly. Much appreciated. In this day where there is a palpable, lack of customer service just about everywhere, this was great. The product is too but it's just a little rubber strap.

I love my bike rack though the rubber straps began to fail after about 15 years - which is reasonable but a bit traumatic when it occurred on the highway. Glad to have a new set.

They are thicker than the first ones that were on there.

Thanks for sending the replacement straps in a timely manner. I was concerned they weren’t going to arrive in time for my trip. The two missing straps plus four extra (for the next time I mysteriously lose a few) arrived in the nick of time and secured all three bike to the wrack as expected. Btw, this trip was the first time I put three bikes on my Baja 3 (usually only two) and it worked well. Thanks!

I emailed them and just gave them the model number, they responded and gave me exactly what I need for my bike rack. I am a happy customer, the best part was that I ordered a lock for the hitch and and a lock wire for the bikes. And one key is for both locks !!! That’s awesome!!!
