    Great company.

    I recently just purchased Hollywood’s most expensive rack. The destination, E upon delivery, I noticed a hole in the box and some damage that clearly happened during shipment. I contacted Hollywood racks. They were very helpful and even went so far as sending me the parts I needed that were damaged. I have owned several Hollywood racks and I keep coming back mainly because of the customer service and the durability of their products. The people at Hollywood racks have never lost focus on what truly is important which is customer service first.
