    Had an older Sport Rider rack with round support tube missing both the short and long hooks. Replaced with newer style square tube and newer hooks. Took me 5 minutes to modify

    Easy to replace non-ratchet post with locking post. All necessary parts include. Hooks and locks feel very solid when used with bikes in place.
