This bike rack literally saved our bikes from being stolen. We used this hitch to take our e-bikes on a road trip from Arkansas to Yosemite national park and it held secure on the back of our vehicle the entire 3,400 miles. Our last night of the trip we stayed at a hotel in Amarillo and when we went to our car the next morning, all of the straps were undone but the bikes were still secure on the rack due to the locking arms. Truly amazing, heavy duty, secure, and super easy to use rack. Highly recommend!

This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!

I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.
It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesn’t move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.
