Small Wheel adapter for Sport Rider Racks (sold as a pair of 2)

Great for my recumbent bicycle. Just make sure you get the newer version.
Initially I was supplied with an older design that did not fit Hollywood Racks. This was later replaced with the current model that fit perfectly. Highly recommend for recumbent bikes or kids bikes. Anything with smaller wheels.

I recently purchased a recumbent trike and needed to purchase an adapter for the rack which I purchased several years ago for my two-wheel recumbent bicycle. I was unaware that a small wheel adapter was necessary, but the trike's front tire is only 16". The adapter took some effort to install; the appropriate allen wrench was provided. Once installed, it held the front tire in place with no damage to it.

Does exactly what i needed. My kids 16" bikes would fall too far into the wheel holders that the top hook would not contact the frame. These hold the wheels up where they are suppose to be.

I have received the product but have not had tge chance to try it out yet.
But just looking at tve product it looks great and im sure its going to work great.

Perfect! Now The hollywood 3" wheelhoops are perfect for carrying my folding bike with 20 in. Wheels! The rear derailer hung low enough to not clear the wheel hoop, thus the need to prop the rear wheel up higher, so it would clear, to avoid damaging the rear derailer. By the way, the 3" wheel hoops from Hollywood work on my KAC bike rack. I could not find any adapter parts from KAC..

I bought the SPORT RIDER HR1400 4-bike rack for my family's bikes, only to realize that my 6 year old's 18-inch BMX bike couldn't be secured on the rack because the arms wouldn't go down far enough to hold the top tube.

After poking around the website, I found this product under the TRIKE ACCESSORIES, and while it said it was only for 16-inch wheels or smaller, I figured I'd give it a shot.

Lucky for me, it worked perfectly. Adding these adapters to the wheel holders raises the vertical position of the bike enough to allow the retaining arms of the bike rack to reach the top tube (or in my case, the bike saddle).

Simple product, well-made, and it does the job perfectly.
