Love, Love, Love the rack and the world it opens up for us to take our bikes. Only comment beyond so pleased is, one of the ratchet straps is short enough that engaging it is quite a challenge. Bike is a Lectric Peak 2.0 with 4”wide tires. I’d like a longer strap but beyond that it really is terrific, I am 71 and a had a stroke 18 months ago. No trouble operating or assembling and the bikes are rock solid all day on highways and some back roads too.

I had an issue with a broken key and the arm that holds the bike down. The problems were solved and replaced in a speedy manir
My Hollywood Sportsrider was out of warranty when the lock holding the hitch pin broke. I contacted Hollywood Racks to buy a replacement. Much to my surprise the shipped a new part to me at no charge.
I purchased a conventional Hollywood rack two years ago, and my wife decided she wanted a trike. I purchased the trike adapter and it was easy to add it to my rack.
I do recommend to put the rack on a portable workbench to make it easier to add on the Trike adapter
It does make it so large and somewhat
awkward to handle that it takes 2 to install on my truck.
