Keys were very easy to replace (I had the number from the side of the key) that secure the bike to the carrier.
Wish the locking pin, which secures the bike carrier to the hitch point, would have worked on a Tesla Y as it used the same key. However I had to purchase a separate hitch pin and lock so now have to carry 2 different keys!
The unit arrived well packaged. Assembly took some time but had good instructions. Not difficult, I’m just slow! My wife who is almost 70 says it’s easy loading/unloading her fairly heavy bike. She loves it! Only negative was our 2025 Hyundai Tucson wouldn’t let her back up because of rear backup camera sensing object behind vehicle. Found out you can bypass that but you have to due process each time you back up. This is not the racks fault but the vehicle safety system. Just beware.
