My new Hollywoood Bike Rack is wonderful. Easy to put my ebike on with the ramp I bought with the rack. It looks good and is very easy to adjust when I need to get into my hatchback. I am super happy with it.
My rep knew exactly what to ask me to know which key to send me to replace the keys I lost for my bike rack lock. The keys arrived just when he said they would.
I’ve had a couple of issues with parts on the destination e rack and both times the remedy was offered quickly and without question. I couldn’t be happier with this product or its warranty!
Had a part break on an older rack. Customer support stood behind their product and replaced it. Totally happy customer.
