Not only is the rack I bought from them excellent, their customer service is fantastic! Had an issue with one small component of my rack not working correctly and I call them up (they actually take your call) and then sent me the parts I needed immediately! LOVE this company and would buy from them anytime.

Replacement ratchet wheel strap attachment for e-bike rack. Install was easy. We use the rack to travel to and from Gulf Shores AL each year with no issues.
