Sturdy Rack

This rack is sturdy and easy to use. It is well made! My car needed a 1.25 hitch attachment but I will be able to buy the 2.0 hitch adaptor with anti wobble when I get a newer car. I will not need to buy a whole new rack. I love the ramp for getting my e-bike on and off the bike rack. It makes it easier to transport my bike to different bike trails and ride by myself if I choose.
I think the wheel size adjustment knobs should be standard on the rack but they are not. I purchased two sets for $30 so I can adjust easily for wheel size when I transport a friend's bike that may have a different wheel size than mine. The knobs are much easier to turn than needing to find the right size wrench. Despite that, I am glad I purchased this rack.

Nice Heavy Duty Rack!

Love this big tough rack. Holds e bikes no.problem. It’s easy to load and unload. Looks very sleek as well. Definitely worth the cost.

The CrossTrack 2 transported my 2 e-bikes from Los Angeles to Yosemite NP and back without any issues. I am very pleased with my purchase. Can’t recommend this rack enough. Hollywood Rack CS is already very responsive and helpful. Thank you HR!!
