Excellent Product and Service, Crazy Shipping Cost

The replacement bolt system arrived on time (less than 5 days to Florida) and could not have been easier to install. The wobble, caused when the bolt was bent backing up over a bump, is gone! The only downside is that the shipping charge is 50% ($10) of the cost of the product ($20).

So easy!

Unfortunately had to repair our bike rack due to the drag which occurred on the way out of a VERY steep driveway. Knowing what part to order (the no wobble bolt system) and how to replace it was so easy with the videos on the website! So easy!
