The E Destination rack is awesome. The bikes are easily loaded using the included ramp and are held steady with the locking arms and the strapping. The rack is well built when tightened on the hitch is rock solid, This is a great rack.

A good, heavy duty rack. However, the locking pin is difficult to attach and lock.

Lost one of the keys so I only had one left. I wanted 2 more keys, so I ordered 2. To my surprise they came as a set of two so I now I have 4. Should be an option to order extra keys when purchasing the bike rack. Regardless, the keys fit and I received them four days after ordering. Great service for a great bike rack (Sport Rider e-bike rack).
