Probably the sturdiest and most well-built bike rack I have ever owned. Directions for assembly were easy to follow and even though a couple small screws were missing from the box, customer service responded with FedEx two day delivery. You canât ask for more than that.

I am so pleased with this bike rack. The instructions are super clear. You have a âHow toâ video as well as written instructions. Seamless!! Minimal steps to get the rack in position ready to go. All tools provided. I traveled 600 miles and the bike was solid in place. I made a few stops to tighten the hitch pin as instructed and didnât even need to be done because it remained tight. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT. After much research I decided to go with Hollywood Racks and so happy I did. Amongst all the other competitors. You guys Rock. Also, the take down is easy as well.

This bike rack is perfect for our situation. We mounted it on our Jeep Wrangler and towed the Jeep behind our RV this past weekend. Both e-bikes were steady and secure. While it takes some time to set it up correctly the first time, it's a snap to install, and it is very easy to load and unload our bikes. Well worth the cost!!!!

I have to admit that I took a recommendation from a friend, but I could not be happier with this rack. Easy on and off the car, not too heavy and very secure. Also, I can open and close the hatch with the rack on the car (2021 Subaru Forrester) which is a bonus. Additionally, I lost a part and customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful.
It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and works outstandingly. Love the locking mechanism and the tire holders adjust perfectly to accommodate your bikes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a bike carrier. Folds up nice and compact for storage and not that heavy to handle either. Love it and it looks great too! Once you secure your bike it doesnât move or rattle at all. Bikes load easily on and off. The best rack that I found anywhere.
