Destination E Ratchet Strap Extension Kit

I recently just purchased Hollywood’s most expensive rack. The destination, E upon delivery, I noticed a hole in the box and some damage that clearly happened during shipment. I contacted Hollywood racks. They were very helpful and even went so far as sending me the parts I needed that were damaged. I have owned several Hollywood racks and I keep coming back mainly because of the customer service and the durability of their products. The people at Hollywood racks have never lost focus on what truly is important which is customer service first.

Well engineered, just what I needed for the 4.00 inch tire on my bike.

They made it so easy! I had a broken rack that was under warranty and they replaced it FAST FAST FAST. My shop has sold over 95 Hollywood Racks and I experienced my first quality issue. The CS rep was super helpful and resolved my issue within minutes. Thanks Hollywood!

Solid product. Fit is perfect. Able to get around my super fat tires on my Jaison e-bike. Shipping was a bit slow, but worth the wait.
