Excellent custom service, stands by their warranty

We originally purchased our Hollywood rack with our first e-bike in November 2019. We began to experience issues with the locks on the hooks failing. We thought we would have to replace, but found they were under an amazing warranty. Hollywood Racks has a very easy process to upload the information on their website and we received the new hooks with the same key locks with in a few days. We have been so pleased with this bicycle rack. We have replaced our 2nd bicycle with an e-bike and this rack easily handles our bicycles. I would highly recommend Hollywood Racks to anyone with a regular or e-bike. Thank you Hollywood Racks! We continue to travel and bicycle!
